E-CO2 announces re-certification of dairy and beef carbon models

Following a lengthy development and certification process, we are pleased to announce that Carbon Trust Certification (CTC) has once again re-certified our dairy and beef models as meeting the PAS2050:2011 standards. This allows us to generate carbon numbers through the models for a further 2 years until the next period of review.

The final re-certification letter was received this week following an audit from CTC’s Dr John Kazer earlier in the year.

Continuing to develop our services to international markets, our re-certification also gives CTC assurances that our dairy model provides a carbon footprint which meets the guidelines set out in the International Dairy Federation (IDF) Common Approach to Dairy Footprinting.
